Masterfully hand-forged by the late Tomita-san, this double-sided sharpened knife boasts a sturdy blade, measuring 4 mm in thickness, and offers ease of sharpening. The handle, intricately designed with a Tsuchime, Hammer-tone pattern, is hand-forged. This exquisite blade is presented in a Paulownia tomentosa wood box, hand signed by Master Tomita Osamu.
