1. 🌍 Worldwide Shipping
We ship to all countries using tracked and insured express services where available. A tracking number is provided with each shipment. Most packages require a signature upon delivery.
2. 🚚 Free Express Shipping from €350
Orders over €350 receive free express shipping worldwide.
Orders below €350 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. 📦 Processing & Delivery Times

EU customers: VAT is included in the listed prices. No additional customs fees apply within the EU.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival in your country.

5. 📬 Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. 📦 Packaging
Your order is carefully packed using eco-conscious and discreet outer packaging. Kamisoris are shipped in engraved wooden boxes or protective wraps where applicable.
7. 🧱 Delays & Lost Parcels
If your package is delayed, misrouted, or missing, please contact us.
We will assist with tracking or file a claim on your behalf. Claims must be reported within 30 days of shipping.
