Strops & Suspensions

Stropping is the final step that defines edge comfort and stability it realigns the cutting edge before each shave and smoothens the edge for a comfortable shave. Stropping is essential as it also slightly hones your razor and thus will keep it sharp for a very long time.

All of our strops are designed and produced by us, using materials selected specifically for kamisori and straight razor use. Each strop is made to provide consistent feedback, controlled draw, and long-term durability.

Our suspensions are chosen to complement both synthetic and natural honing progressions, allowing precise refinement without masking the character of the edge.　Please do not use the diamond suspension on the Cordovan strop.
