Refund policy

1. 🌎 Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Custom-made or engraved products are non-refundable, unless defective

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email)


2. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Used razors or oils (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Items marked "final sale"


3. 🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns

4. ♻️ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund total


5. 🚫 Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, and returned to us, we will refund the item cost minus shipping and any fees incurred.
