Iwasaki・岩崎・Vintage Restored Real Tamahagane Kamisori.
Good condition vintage Kamisori from the Iwasaki workshop in Sanjō, carrying the Tamahagane mark, the ㊂ Sanjo Works trademark and the Iwasaki name.
Between them stands a fourth mark: 川谷・Kawatani. We have not been able to trace it. The blacksmiths working at Iwasaki today could not explain it either, and we have not seen it on another Iwasaki blade.
Directly imported from Japan and restored by us to a hair-popping quality and sharpness.
Box Design
Engraved on the lid is an Ukiyo-e woodblock print of Keisai Eisen's - "Courtesan Wearing Uchikake With Dragon Design" from 1830.

・you can also apply some camellia oil to protect the kamisori from rust
・After a few months it might be necessary to hone your razor. Start with the finest possible stone >10.000 grit
